Student Registration 2025-26


Returning Student Registration is a REQUIRED online process for all students enrolled in the Wilson County Schools district at the end of the 2024-2025 school year who will be returning for the 2025-2026 school year.  This also includes any new K-5 student that pre-registered prior to July 1, 2025. 

Beginning July 8, 2025, use your Skyward Family Access parent/guardian account to complete the registration process for the 2025-2026 school year. Please complete ALL online forms (16 Steps) and Click the Submit Registration button.

Two CURRENT Proofs of Residence must be provided, simply upload them in Skyward.

Examples:

  • Current Public Utility Bill such as water, gas, electric or landline phone bill dated within 30 days prior to enrollment. 
  • Mortgage/Lease Statement for current address dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
  • TN Driver's License or Photo I.D. with current address.
  • Motor vehicle registration with the current address
  • Voter’s Registration Card
  • Current employment record dated within 30 days of enrollment. (Example: most recent check stub with home address)
  • Document from TN department of Human/Children’s Services for benefits with current address dated within 30 days prior to enrollment

Please complete the online registration by July 24, 2025.  Registration has to be completed for your student to be assigned a teacher.   If you have questions, please email the Springdale Registrar, Gretchen Hurley at hurleyg@wcschools.com.

If you need assistance with registration and/or need to come to the building, please call the main office at 615-773-9640 to schedule an appointment.

If you need assistance with registration in a different language.  Springdale ESL families can attend ESL Registration Night on July 21, 2025 from 4pm to 6pm.  The event is located at Rutland Elementary.  Note ESL Registration Night is for all families that need an interpreter and are planning to attend Springdale Elementary. 

If you need access to a computer, our computer lab hours are Tuesdays 8:00am to 11:00am and Thursdays 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
